CMC is created by Christina, a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Nutrition Coach (NASM), Functional Nutrition & Metabolism Specialist (FNMS, Metabolism School), and Health Mindset Certified Coach (HMCC). Trained in evidence based mindset techniques by a mindset researcher, as well as whole-body health optimization & lifestyle medicine.
Designed specifically for busy women who have struggled in the past not only to lose weight, but also with weight regain. Diet culture has created inefficient & restrictive options, resulting in poor body image, lack of enjoyment in workouts, and unsustainable results.
The missing piece? Those plans and programs are often just that. Cookie cutter plans. They lack the holistic approach that is required for sustainable, long-lasting results.

Power Hour
A 1 hour call to discuss your current health practices, nutrition, training program, mindset barriers and more. Christina will assess and provide feedback and protocols for you to implement on your own. This is great for those who aren't ready for 1:1 coaching, want to see what working with Christina is like, or only need a little feedback.
1:1 Coaching
Do you have big goals? Struggling to overcome a longtime roadblock? Utilizing a weight loss medication and need additional support? Then 1:1 coaching would be a great fit! With bi-weekly check-ins, full access to Christina in between check-ins, a workout program, mindset & nutrition coaching to help overcome barriers and set effective goals, and more. Typically lasts 4-12+ months based on your needs.
